Vision. Artistry. Connection.

How the WildJune team connected

Sometimes the right people find each other at the right time.

Sara first met Meagan through dance, and it didn’t take long for her to see the impact Meagan was having on her own daughter. Meagan had a way of pushing dancers to grow and challenge themselves without ever making them feel small. Her teaching was encouraging, her choreography was unique, and her classes were energetic, engaging, and genuinely fun for dancers of all ages.

Sara saw something special in the way Meagan taught and Meagan saw something special in the bigger vision Sara was dreaming up.

Sara has a natural ability to bring people together, see the bigger picture, create community, and bring out the best in the people around her. Meagan brings incredible artistry, technical knowledge, creativity, and a gift for connecting with dancers.

Together, those strengths became the foundation for WildJune.

One brings the vision. One brings the artistry. Both believe dancers deserve a place to grow, feel safe, have fun, and become fully themselves.

Sara Iglesias RT(R), RCIS, CDRMS

Founder/Community & Operations

For Sara Iglesias, dance was never just an extracurricular activity, it was a haven. Growing up at Tina's Dance Academy in Spring Hill, FL, the studio became her second home, a safe space to grow, and the launching pad for her early career as an instructor and competitive choreographer. Though her professional journey led her into healthcare, the lessons, discipline, and warmth of the studio never left her.

For the past 19 years, Sara has served the healthcare industry, spending a significant portion of her career locally with Health First in the Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Labs. Her passion for helping people naturally propelled her into leadership, where she has led teams of up to 50, expanded remote cardiac divisions, and now serves as an Account Manager; all while actively volunteering in Brevard County schools.

While the letters behind her name represent nearly two decades of dedication to cardiac health, her heart always remained tied to the dance world through her lifelong mentor, Tina Watson. When Sara's own daughters fell in love with dance, her family set out to find a studio that offered the same safe, supportive environment she grew up in. That search sparked a bigger vision: to create a new kind of dance community.

Together with WildJune Dance Collective, Sara is on a mission to tear down the traditional barriers of the industry and build an inclusive space where dancers can thrive. Whether leading hospital teams, raising her family, or building a creative community, Sara's core purpose remains the same: to bring people together, lift them up, and build a culture where everyone feels supported and successful.

Sara lives in Palm Bay, FL, with her husband, two daughters, and two French Bulldogs.

Meagan Snell

Co-Founder/Artistic Direction

For Meagan Snell, dance was never just an extracurricular — it was home. Growing up in Myrtle Beach, SC, the studio became the place she felt most herself, competing all over the east coast and falling in love with movement at an early age. That love carried her to Coker University, where she earned her BA in Dance Performance and Choreography, and later to Paris, France, where she spent time immersed in modern dance. Her professional career began at just 15, dancing with The Carolina Opry, and later continued with the "Flip 5" cast at Free Style Music Park.

For the past decade-plus, Meagan has poured herself into teaching and mentoring the next generation of dancers. She spent five years as Company Director at Litchfield Dance Company (LDC), collaborating with guest choreographers like Ashley Lindsey, Mariah Reives, and Wendy Denney, founding a high school dance team that competed at NDA, and judging the Epic Dance Showcase for two seasons. She holds a Masters in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix, a natural extension of her love for guiding young people. She then returned to her alma mater as Head Coach of the Spirit Squad at Coker University, leading both the dance and cheer teams for two years.

While her path wound through competitive studios and coaching sidelines, her heart always stayed close to what dance gave her as a kid: confidence, discipline, and a sense of belonging.

Together with WildJune Dance Collective, Meagan is on a mission to build a space where that same feeling — of being seen, supported, and celebrated — is available to every dancer, not just the ones who fit the traditional mold. Whether she's choreographing a routine or coaching a nervous first-timer through their first combination, Meagan's purpose stays the same: to help dancers fall in love with movement, and with themselves, for life.

Meagan lives in Melbourne, FL, with her husband, their two-year-old son, and their golden doodle.

Ashley Melville

Instructor

For Ashley Melville, dance was never just an extracurricular — it was a calling that started at age three and never let go. Raised in Los Angeles, she trained across nearly every discipline — ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical/contemporary, hip hop, and pointe — studying at the prestigious EDGE Performing Arts Center and Millennium Dance Complex in Hollywood. In high school, her dance team took the National Title at USA Dance in Anaheim, California, a taste of the competitive excellence that would come to define her career.

After completing her B.S. and MBA in Economics and Finance, Ashley set her sights on the ballroom floor, becoming a certified NDCA Ballroom Professional competing in both American Smooth and Rhythm, and going on to become a Finalist at National Ranking events with the NDCA. She's a certified instructor with the Dance Vision syllabus, teaching everything from Country and Salsa/Bachata to West Coast Swing, International Standard/Latin, and American Rhythm/Smooth. She previously owned a successful ballroom dance school in Denver, Colorado, before relocating to Florida four years ago.

While her path led her through concert stages, competition floors, and boardrooms alike, dance has always remained her truest language — one she now shares as a mother raising her own two children with the same joy she found in it as a little girl.

Together with WildJune Dance Collective, Ashley brings her expertise across nearly every dance style to help build a community where technical excellence and genuine belonging go hand in hand. Whether she's coaching a competitive ballroom finalist or introducing a beginner to their first partner dance, Ashley's purpose stays the same: to share the pure joy of movement that's carried her since she was three years old.

Ashley lives in West Melbourne, FL, with her husband and two children, continuing to pass on her love of dance to the next generation.
